Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased LG 360 Ltr Fridge on 29th Dec'15 from your Adyar Store through Bajaj finance. At the time of purchase, i was informed that the original bill will go to Bajaj Finance and i will be receiving the 2nd copy (Green colour bill) at the time of delivery of material. They gave only a xerox copy of the bill on 29th Dec'15.
At the time of purchase, they guaranteed that the product will be dispatched on 30th Dec'15. But the fridge was not delivered on 30th and no proper response from the sales person for my calls.
After vigorous follow up the material was delivered on 31st dec'15. But to my surprise, the bill was not sent along with the material. When asked, the delivery person informed that he is only a driver and he doesn't know anything about the bill. Further he told that he has taken the material from the godown.
From 31st Dec'15 - TILL DATE, i am following for my bill but no fruitful response from the stores. The name of the persons contacted by me (Mr. Jayaraj Phone # [protected] & Mr. Srinivasan phone # [protected]).
Now my query to you is :
(1) Will i get the original bill even though I purchased the material through Bajaj Finance.
(2) If not original, at least will i get the green copy (ie the 2nd copy)
(3) Whether Bajaj Finance will give me the original bill once i cleared my loan amount.
