Girias India Investment — redeemable gift voucher not considered in girias anna nagar east

We had bought ifb micro oven in girias anna nagar east and we have got a redeemable gift voucher for rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- x 2 nos). But this voucher is declined by them and we cannot able to buy any products in girias using this voucher. If they do like this than how will i again consider to buy any products in girias.
