Purchased sony tv kdl 43w6600 from girias store Mangalore. Actual price of tv they quoted was Rs 46, 500 .
On top of that we had a samsung Tv to exchange which they quoted 4, 500 for the exchange. But when my parents went to buy they made the final bill as Rs45, 000. So where is the exchange rate for tv gone. In fact they took the samsusung tv without charging for it. When we called the store they said the price of sony tv which we brought is for 53, 000 ..This price is no were in the market. We have checked almost in alll the stores. This is a cheating from Girias store Mangalore. They have taken the advantage of senior citizens. Kindly request u to take action as soon as possible and we need refund for the same .
