Girias — Worst Customer Service

Bought a LG Fridge on 5/6/15 @ Mahalingapuram (Chennai). Product was delivered on 6th. The fridge had a physical damage and the LG service engineer ordered for a replacement. The replacement did not reach in the stipulated time. As a last resort, this was informed to Girias. The Showroom Manager's response was highly irresponsible. 1. There was no post delivery care of the product. 2. During sales the representative did not inform about the pros and cons of the product. 3. The showroom manager said, they dont care about the feedback and they know to attract customers. Girias was recommended to me by a friend and with all frustration I write this to say that I shall never recommend Girias. The target was sales and never about customer satisfaction. The answers were very authoritative and not responsible. If I had to wait for 7 days to use a brand new product, then there is no point in buying the product. Worst timelines, Irresponsible responses and extremely negligent attitude doesn't make us feel any good in spending our money at Girias to buy a sought household product. The purpose not met and till date almost 50 calls made to Girias, LG and so many other intermediates including the driver which is not the customer's responsibility after paying a sum for the product. - Highly Frustrated-Never Gonna Be Again To Girias-Customer.
