Gizmopicks.com — smart watch received from gizmopack.com is not as I ordered

I have ordered smart watch zeblaze thor-5 from gizmopack.com. But what i received is very low quality smart watch of other brand. No sensors are working in this watch.
I have written the mail to their [protected]@gizmopack.com but no reply
The smart watch manufacturer company [protected]@zeblaze.com i. E zeblaze replied & told me they don't know gizmopack.com & u may take legal action against them.
Need ur help in this matter.

I ordered zeblaze thor 5 pro watch but I received a fake watch with no branding...
The same as above mentioned.
