Dear sir/madam,
I have ordered a smart watch (Red radiance a3) order #gizrex6176 as shown and advertized in the webiste, (www.gizmorex.com) on 8th april 2019 i paid cash of 2165/- to the delivery boy for the same...
Wrong model supplied and unable to connect usb cable to smart watch.
After that i tried to contact the company several times on their customer support no: mon-sat 9am-6pm eastern given on their web site
But it was not reachable each and every time i tried. Thereafter i mailed the company on their email id: [protected]@gizmorex.com to take back the product and refund me my money as per their policy of refund in 7 days.
So take strict action against this company and try to get refund for all those who have been cheated by this company.
Kindly act at the earliest to save more people.
