We purchased the following Nasal Spray from the Medicine shop
OMKAR MEDICALS, 1-A, 28/2 Somasundarpalya, HSR Layout Sector-2, BENGALURU-560102(Karnataka)- India -Tel No. [protected] (as prescribed by Dr Sachin Kumar - Pulmonologist- SAKRA WORLD HOSPITAL, BENGALURU- 560103) vide their Cash Memo no. 6535 Dated[protected] i.e. yesterday. On opening the new pack and pumping the Bottle as per directions given in the pamphlet, we failed and the Spay Pump of the Bottle did not function at all inspite of several attempts. We returned the unused Bottle to the Seller above.
But presently he is not clear and expressing inability to replace or return back the opened bottle unless the wholesale dealer or distributor or representative of the manufacturer company agrees to take it back and replace the defective item.
Request for immediate guidelines or instructions to your distributor or seller in this regard.
