[Resolved] Gleam Technologies — money not refunded

I have applied for a html data entry job in gleam technologies in the year of july 2018. They ask me pay 2000rs i get registered and they assigned some work for me. With in period of time i just completed 80% of work. But they didn't accept that work. I asked to refund my amount they said it takes one year time to refund. It have been 2 years even though i didn't get my money back. Many time i send my refund application. I tired to contact support team but they are not at all responding. Gleam Global Services India Pvt Ltd and BPO Project Provider(bpoprojectprovider.com) are same, operating in different names. I came to know about this when I paid amount to them using their payment gateway and got message that I made payment to Gleam Global Services India Pvt Ltd.

I took HTML Tagging project(250 pages) from bpoprojectprovider.com - When I submitted my project then I got message from their Executive Saranya(Extension number 1057) that my project failed due to wrong file name given. Therefore no payment will be given. Then I checked their uploading website publicationsubmituae.com - Then I came to know that there was one extra digit in file name. Actually, their website saved it automatically in another file name. I told Saranya about this error in their website. Then she told me that lot of people upload their projects daily but nobody complain like this.

Again, I submitted that file. Then I came to know that again it is saving in another file name. Then I used screen recorder while uploading and uploaded that video in youtube. This is my link for youtube video: https://youtu.be/YP72L-Bxa6E

They didn't refund my amount and made chargeback in payment gateway. I will update information after I get refund.
