I am purchase glen chimeny cooker-hood[protected] on 6/6/14 with life time warranty. My chimeny are not working properly since 10/10/17 and complain company allahaabd sudharsan trading co. Local service centre but he denied and say contact your purchasing shop again i contact the shop namly new gupta bartan store allahabad he say i send service enginear but no one come till date i call several times. Nov 10, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved No taking any action of my complaint till date very irresponsible company and his service centre. When he our products he promised after sales service responsibility but very bad behaviour. I strongly recommend any one never purchase Glen company product in future. IN ALLAHABAD THE SHUDARSAN trading Co. Is service centre Mr Gopal ahuja say I am not provided service call NEW GUPTA BARTAN SRORE and I call Mr ROHIT GUPTA for several time he say send mechanic tommarow but it's till date no one come. ..
