My case is of 22nd Feb 2022, I was asked to pay Rs.3500/- and assured to give me a job, I have paid the amount only because it was fully refundable if they fails to give the job with 2 month and 2 week.
I have not line up with any company and since May I was asking for refund. I have visited their office 7-8 times for my money, finally they refunded only 2670/- only. When I have asked them about the deduction they said they have deducted 18% GST & 200 Rs. processing fees, which is not viable as neither I have purchased any goods nor they have given me any service..
This company seems to be fraud, hence need an necessary inquiry about this agency and necessary action if found culprit. Was this information helpful? |
