I ordered 2 back cover cases from Glittercase on 21st sep 2021. I haven't received the product yet. Also there is no update from seller's end. I asked for tracking details but didn't get any response. Later I asked for refund but still no response. This website is fraud. I already paid Rs. 328/- Please help me with this. It is the seller's legal duty to ensure that items purchased from them are delivered, and if the delivery has not been made, the seller should take action to chase up the delivery firm and update me on where my purchase is. But the seller has done none therefore I'm entitled to request a refund from the seller. But there is no response from the seller.
