I had placed my order in Feb 2021 and was waiting excitedly for it. But on receipt of the product saw it is not as shown. As per their return policy I paid for courier charge and returned them the product.
They informed me I will get my refund in pronus seems to be their refund site and I can use it in next order. Unfortunately refund amount did not reflect. After following with them on mail for months and months they asked me to share image from their site for ordering the product. I ordered a yellow gotipatti salwar kameez for which they asked me to pay Rs. 200 extra. I received the product in Jun 2021 and for my suprise it was totally wrong product a pathetic kurti they send for which I paid Rs. 1, 100 and when informed them that they have sent me wrong product to refund my money.
Garima Gupta tells me to keep the product they can not refund.
Glivaa team is fake it's a scam company sitting down to fool and loot people.

So, kindly send me the original ordered product and take back the irrelevant order delivery product immediately.
