My name is debesh majumder. A boy offering home based form fill-up of 1000 forms each rs 20 (₹20, 000/10days) and the work should be complete till 10 days and if i can't complete the tasks with 90% accuracy i have to pay rs 5200 for utility charge and if i complete the task with 90% accuracy than i don't need to pay any money. Before knowing the company is fraud i agreed with their license agreements...
I also received a call from h. R for confirmation by asking do you have laptop or desktop, and said that iam going to conforming you.
I came to know that this a fraud company cheating people by fake license agreement, fake lawyer and fake legal department messages,
First they will give you a id and password
Then after few days you may not able to contact the company (Email and phone are invalid)
After 10 days you are going to get a call from a fake lawyer by saying that you didn't complete your task, so you need to pay agreement amount (₹12500) (But in agreement it written as (Rs5200)
Or else we will be going to complaint a file on you according to your licence agreement, if you ignore they will be contacted you by many emails and messages, and also asked 15550 rupees for noc.
I paid 12500 rupees. I thought it's the law.
After that they asked for 15550 for noc.
Sir please help me what should i do...
