Hi Team,
My name is Surendra Babu Kataru. I worked for Fiserv more than five years. When I tried to do pf transfer online from Fiserv to my current company Chase, I learnt from pf office that Fiserv account team has done a mistake by entering wrong dates. This is the reason I am not able to do the pf transfer online. Regarding this PD office has already communicated to Fiserv, but no action from their side.
Please help me on this.
