Hello Sir/Madam,
I was appointed as soft skills trainer by Global Talent track in year 2011 and was asked to relocate to Jodhpur. I moved to Jodhpur with family and my father expired there as well. They said that they are in process of getting a business deal with Lacchoo Memorial college. In the meantime I even gave workshops and seminars in Kota as they advised me to travel there on behalf of the organization. GTT paid me 2 salaries and without any notification whether i was with GTT anymore or not, they stopped my salary and stopped taking my phone calls. I sent several emails to them before resigning and then finally resigned via emails as they were based in Delhi. I also served the notice period of 30 days and maintained my availability in jodhpur as per the terms and conditions of the appointment letter. They have not done the full and final settlement ever since in spite of sending various reminders in writing for 2 years now.
I have got the appointment letter, bank statements showing the salary credits to prove my employment with them as well as the emails.
Please advise me what to do next as I have suffered mental, physical, emotional and financial harrasment because of this organization.
