Global Vison Enterprises (Consultancy) — amount of rs - 1000/- not refund by the company till the date

Sp sir called me for job in airtel office and on his sating i went to the office. The company told me to submit 2000 rupees for the joining as security and you will get the call by evening. I submitted the amount but no call from them i got till the date. They are not providing my submitted amount. I called them multiple times but they are not answring. When i visited to the office they (Rahul bajaj sir) were saying only half amout will be refundable (1000) and rest amount (1000) valid for one year i wll not be refunded by us. Please do something and sort out with this issue.
