Globe Enterprises/ Longway India — Ceiling fan was not working properly

I purchased A ceiling fan from globe enterprise which was a Longway creta fan in September 2022 and it is not working properly now, it is just 6 months completed now and it is making so much noise now so we can't sleep in that noise. And it is in warranty of 3 years so kindly help now.
