Glow Ads — no money to pay this

Sir i don't any membership package .i don't no the fee.so please cancel my package i am a student i have no money to pay this.and i have seen the many complaints about this package and someone has told that this is a fake package
and also no contact number that means no phone number.only sending the same mail when is send a complaint to it .sir please after cancellation of package send a mail that your package is cancelled.
