Glowroad — I am not get my refund order it was[protected]

I ordered on 18 june for set of two shirt on glowroad but some reason i cancelled that at the same time on that day and there was a message that i get my refund in 6 to 8 days but but it's almost 20 days over i did not get my refund of of rupees 379 i want my refund back it's a request.. The refund policy was 6 to 8 days but there are almost 20 days over but i don't did not get my refund kindly help me please..
