Glowroad — Prepaid order not delivered and shown as delivered on GLOWROAD app

Hello,
I have ordered a garment from glowroad app and paid through paytm for the same. The order was never delivered and was shown as delivered on GLOWROAD app.
I contacted customer care but instead of giving any resolution they started asking me my PANCARD and ADHAAR copy (either of one) for matching my signature.
I objected why should I share my PANCARD or ADHAAR for delivery verification. No one will use sign of PANCARD on delivery slip. I even objected that ADHAR card doesn't have signature, so why are you asking for either of one document. Before delivery of any product, an OTP comes on mobile phone. Then how come without OTP. Product is showing OTP. Company is just making excuses and not delivering or refunding my money.

THE amount of order was Rs. 228 and order ID is.[protected].

Please help me to get refund and stop this fraud.
