I am a reseller. I have booked a spin mop bucket from glowroad which was delivered to my customer on 8th august. On 9th august i placed a return pick up, because of very bad quality of the product. No one has come to pick up, but the pick up was rejected by shadowfax courier company saying QC failure, which i had no idea. Since 12th august i am calling Glowroad customer care regarding status of pickup and everyday they are giving me a new date for pick up and not picking up the product. I am mentally getting harassed by the company's irresponsible attitude and going to lodge a police complaint today. I request everyone not to use this app, they are fraud.
