I bought GM Door bell from Amazon on 26th Oct 2021 and it was delivered by Cloudtail India. It's been less than 4 months and this has stopped working. Local electrician suspects that something may have gone inside. Contacted GM Modular as product had 1 year warranty. Their team promised replacement as product is under warranty but it has been more than 2 weeks and no response yet. They do not respond to my mails or tweets. Pathetic customer service.
