Dear Sir,
I was travelling from Attur to Chennai on 20/01/2017.
Paranur toll plaza has over sized humps(speed breakers) which is damaging car bottom, underlying parts and makes us to fear that car will breakdown Inbetween our Journey.
Toll collectors in charge says it is not their responsibility. They say even that have intimated several times to GMR but repeatedly they get response from GMR that speed breakers are of road safety recommendation and as per rules.
Toll collectors agency employess have also shown me authorization copy letter that thay have only authorization for collectig the toll fees. so they are not receving complaints and take corrective actions.
Please take the necessary corrective action so that vehicles will not get damaged.
