Respected Madam/Sir,
I placed an order for a Dell laptop of Rs. 33, 490.00 on[protected] with
GNG Electronics Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, Karnataka. The order got cancelled
due to some server related problem, but the above amount got debited
from my SBI Debit Card. The merchant shopping site (www.compuindia.com)
shows the transaction as a failed one as according to them they did not
receive the payment. I called up SBI Customer Care on[protected] and
they said it would take 45 days for the issue to get resolved. (I fail
to understand why they are going to take so many days to resolve my
problem.)
The merchant, on the other hand, has asked me for a screenshot of the
transaction details to proceed further in the matter. How can I provide
them complete details (including the credit side of my account
statement) of a transaction which did not complete? I am now in a fix as
to what to do get my money back soon.
I, therefore, request you to help me in the speedy recovery of my money.
I furnish the following details concerning my Debit card transaction:
1. My SBI Customer Care complaint Ticket Number is: PG[protected]
2. The current status of the complaint( as per the SMS I have received
is: “Claim raised with the merchant, complaint will be resolved shortly
REGA.”
3. The bank account debit detail (as per my bank account details on the debit side) is: POS PRCH
