I was one of the employee in Go Ads India Pvt. Ltd, and they are in the habit of keeping their employees salary, At the time of interview they behave very professional and gentle even they do not know the meaning of a single word in professional, and the directors of this company, Mr. Jitendra, Mr. Naresh (Technical Head), Mrs. Kalpana (HR Head) i have no words for them, they are the most unprofessional and uneducated peoples ever i met in my life, they are running a company and always talk about corporate life even they do not have sense how to talk with employees. Mr. Pulkit (Manager) : What i can say about this man, totally ill-mannered, uneducated and mentaliy ill person he is, he suppose to be the manager in company but he do not worthy to be a peon. I am dead sure after working with them you need a psychiatrist. So Last but not least, do not ever think of working with this company.

Do you think Mr. Narendrer that your company provides time to follow policy. your company holds salary of their employees for 2-3 months is it your company policy. employees are threaten by Mr. Pulkit (So Called Delhi Head) is it in your policy. Deduction in salary without any reason is it in you policy. Shouting on female employees is it in your policy. not giving a single day leave after working regularly for 4-5 month is it in your policy. providing appointment letter after 15-20 days of joining is it in your policy. not running ads of the customer is it in your policy.

you told to serve notice period according to the company, if there is no salary provided by the company for 2-3 month then there is no chance to stay in your company.

you all are cheater you cheated your employees as well as your customers.

very bad company, cheater company...

Mr. Narender, you are talking about company's brand and reputation in the market, let me show you how big brand and big reputation you are having.

1. Keeping Employee's Salary.!

2. Asked employee to approach previous company's client.!

3. Threatening to employee.!

4. Shouting on employee with no reason.!

5. Salary Deductions.!

Now coming to the point of records, you are asking me show the offer letter or exit letter of company, Right.!, Do you really think afer all this somene will keep the record of this kind of company,

Can you show me the list of only those employees who worked with you and when they left the company (Because of your non sense talk or unprofessional way), then company provided the salary to those employee .?

You are talking about notice period, tell me one thing Mr. Narendra when you will not allow him/her to serve notice period then how he/she will serve the notice period.?

When you are shouting on that person and telling him/her that "I am the one who is seating on chair and you do not need come again, this is your last day, no need to serve notice period" then tell me brother how he/she will serve the notice period, in Air.?

You know what Mr. Narendra & Mr. Jitendra and how i can forget most ill-mannered and arrogant person Mr. Pulkit, you all are seriously ill and you should visit a good doctor.

I will suggest, please do not ever choose this company to work, choose to be a beggar but say "No" to this company.
As we know there is no past employee in our company with name Aric Cartar. You are trying to create negative sense for our company.

Requesting you to share copy of reliving letter, company exit form etc. If you left the company with proper manner including notice period according to company policy. If all the thing correct from your side we will giving assurance it will be resolved else will be take legal action for creating negative sense or trying to damage company brand.
