There no option of auto seat selection in web check-in for goair flight G8-551 on 28/12/2020 sector Hyderabad to Ahmedabad. I want free seats as i don't want any preference of seat. I don't want to pay extra for seats. As web check-in is compulsory but there is no option for free seats. I want free (auto) selection of seats. Why should I pay extra for seats as i have already paid at the time of booking....

Go air sent flight cancellation on 20th November 2020 for flight scheduled on 22nd November. Today on 24th December I have called the Go air customer care for more than 15 times and still did not get the refund email. I had cancelled the flight ticket having PNR # PFGBNE (Mumbai to Bengaluru) on Nov 30, 2020. But, I have not yet received the refund amount even after more than 3 Weeks of cancellation.

Please expediate and refund the the amount INR 11, 612.00 as per credit note....

I booked a flight on Goair (PNR–AYBQGQ) through EaseMyTrip from Hyderabad to Delhi.

I had my flight on 13th Dec 2020 in flight G8 5208 but the flight got cancelled without any prior intimation and I realized this only while trying for a web check in.
Later I opted for change the booking date where I wanted to remove my husband from the passenger list but there was no such option to remove any of the passengers, so it only allowed me to change the date and I shifted it to 16th Dec.br...

We have mailed GoAir in every given mail id but we are not getting any response. Last mail was on 27th November, 12:15 PM IST, we are very disappointed as no agent has contacted us regarding the refund issue. Your helpline numbers do not work. There is no way to reach you to demand our refund. Our agent has mailed you too, but we have not received any refund so far. I expect you to take this issue seriously.

ABBWMN - Not refunding for cancelled flights

Dear Madam/Sir,

GO AIR has cancelled our flights DELHI – LEH (July, 8th) and LEH – DELHI (July, 24th) and we have received credit notes to travel again instead of refund !!!

After our 1st complain, WE HAVE RECEIVED CREDIT NOTES AGAIN !!!

So I repeat :

Due to cancelled flight I have not got any mail confirmation for refund yet.I tried to reach your customer & failed. expected some responsibility for passengers. regarding this i have al ready mail to customer care, refund and appeal authority and tried call many times to the customer care but not getting connected to the excutive and call also dropping ..should be guilty for Go air for taken accountablity on cancelled flight...

We had booked a flight with GoAir(PNR - TEM6TX). This flight was scheduled to fly on 8 Dec 2020. On 3rd Dec 2020. we received a call from GoAir that our flight has been cancelled and need to be re-scheduled.

Firstly, they didn't communicate this cancelled flight information through SMS/Email. What if we have missed that call, we would never come to know about this. Secondly, they wanted us to re-scheduled the flight on-call...
