My Travel date was May 2023 and I booked these tickets on Feb2023.
Since airlines have cancelled the flight and it was initiated us just 2 days before my scheduled departure. This has hampered my plan and i have endup paying premium air fare due to shorter notice.
Initially it was committed by airlines that 100% of my fare along with other charges will be refunded within 1 week.
But later after several follow-ups, i was informed by airlines to submit refund request thru portal to speed up the refund process. Following the process said by GoAir team over call, i have submitted claim form on GOAIR Refund portal in the month of Jun 2023.
Since then also there is no positive progress, and I am following for this request more than 3 months and still no commitment from airlines or thru the claim portal.
I brought this issue to Indian govt avigation officials and written several emails to them but no positive support even from govt side. So now i wanted to make this issue to public forum to seek respective officials notice.
I am fed up of follow-ups with several team but i will not give up.
