At the time of taking policy complete money was taken without any inspection.
After 2 days Pre-inspection was rejected which was done though APP.
My Concern.
1. Pre inspection should be done before taking money.
2. If you cant provide full cover why cant you cancel the policy. Its just 2 days.
3. IRDA has clear guidelines of cancelling any policy within 15 days of Time.
4. Customer service has now excuse so they cut the phone.
