I took a car policy with go digit insurance company as per attachment. This company provided me emi facility gateway for payment and i used that option using hdfc credit card. But full amount is deducted from my card and no emi is done. When u take up with company through email, you will receive auto system response with great nice words but after that you will not hear from them. It appears this company depends only the system and man all illiterate staff not knowing how to understand a query and respond. Please do not get carried away with their great english copied entirely from somewhere and it all mentions all what they never honour or practice. Possibly they may not understand what they mention in their policy.

Worst service by Godigit in Lucknow. I put my car which got hit by some other vehicle while parked. GoDigit surveyor is proving customer is making story and lying and rejected claim. Surveyor is questioning like CBI, and proving customer wrong. Earlier GoDigit service was good but seems now they started cheating people in India. They promise a lot but do nothing. I am very much frustrated by GoDigit, and do not recommend anyone to get their service.

Worst insurance company not giving my insurance claim and start giving false excuses claim no.[protected] They are cheaters and the person who did online survey are professional thugs never opt this insurance for your car and health they never pass the claim and start giving false excuses
