This team is not at all professional. They neither know about the destination nor hotels which are there. They will randomly throw a list of hotels in front you. I had a package of 3 & 4 star category of hotels, however they have provided me the guest house type of hotels. This is seriously insane from this people. Also, they stated airport transfer is complementary from them. But i had paid a huge amount for the airport transfer. Please do not use their service. They are expert in cheating their customer. They will promise you one thing and deliver you the things which are below average. They just provide hotel options and for that also you will have to continuously mail or contact them.
