Go Processing — Cheated

I took over an agency from this company 4 years ago. It was in operation until last February. my ID number is [protected]. now my Rs 64090.47 ​​in their possession.
Their customer care service is currently down. Mail sent but they did not reply. I got this ID from a person named Arun, but if I call now I do not get his contact number.
Now they have stopped the company online chat service and their customer service number is not available. I tried every possible way to get to them and they answered nothing.
