Ve purchased one Redmi Note 8 (Neptune Blue, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage Box Open)Moonlight White and paid by credit card an amount of Rs. 2, 999.00 through the domain go2shop.in which has been acknowledged by trader on the same date i.e 18th Apr, 2020. Thereafter on 22nd Apr, 2020 I requested to confirm the approximate date of delivery to their given Mail ID: rajaram.[protected]@gmail.com. On 23rd Apr, 2020 they responded that due to lock down issue shipping was delayed and on resuming service they will send the product to me immediately. I communicated through mail (as no phone number is available) on 10th May, 21st May, 26th May and 07th June, 2020. But they are silent till date. They are not even communicating any telephone number, address etc. It is evident that a considerable time has already elapsed whereas they are not bothered to deliver the item and not even one line reply. As such, I am requesting all of you not to make any transaction through this website if they will resume their service. They are completely cheater. Was this information helpful? |
