I, sundar, have ordered a mobile phone (Note 8 pro with 6gb ram) on 30th apr 2020 and paid rs.2999 through online. And i waited till 21/05/2020. But so far it has not been delivered and i sent couple of mails to the customer care mail id (Rajaram. [protected]@gmail.com) on 22/05/2020 and follow up mail sent on 26/05/2020. But there is no response and finally requested for refund by mail to customer care mail id (Rajaram. [protected]@gmail.com). For this mail also, there is no response. Please help me to get my money refunded.
