The General Manager,
B S N L. Goa .
Dear Sir/Madam,
For the past 10 days we have been without the service of our phone after repeated daily complaints and personal trips to the Exchange at Caranzalem.
For your information, this is not the first time that we have been blocked for long periods of time, since 1997. In the those times it was found that my landline was given to somebody during my absence of months from Goa. That lines man was caught and after a warning and a repeat later was dismissed. Since the year 2000, it has not improved and every time we return from our long holidays we have problems for weeks without our land line. Made complaints but all to no avail. Last year, in August and part of September we were without the use of a phone.
This is very strange that it is only my line of the many of the 32 Villas in the compound of Kamat Villas, in Caranzalem that has a problem and that too every year. It is that same old reason of knowing that I am out town for long periods and my landline is being diverted with a cash incentive, perhaps. I would like to have an answer in writing to this complaint.
I use to call a friend in Mumbai for help, by the name of : A. Silva Pinto,
Special Executive Officer, and, Member of The Telephone Advisory Committee He use to call the General Manager, here in Goa but this time as he not well I did not bother him.
I, repeat, I need to have an answer in writing to my problem of this Landline No:[protected], as early as possible.
Regards.
Mrs. Hazel V Nazareth.
c.c Chief General Manager,
MH Telecom Circle Juhu Dandra Complex,
Santa Cruz (W), MUMBAI - 54.
