GoAir — airline cancellation - getting no response

Its regarding reference number g[protected].
I had 3 pnr. For only one pnr tickets got cancelled and am struggling to get refund for rest 2 pnr.
I have no clue how to reach them, customer care people don't have any information. Mailed goair by using their escalation matrix and tweet them also still not getting any response from their end.
Need your help badly.
