GoAir — flight was cancelled & tickets amount not yet refund

Hello Everyone
This is to inform you that last Year i.e. 1st May, 2023 I have booked a GoAir Tickets through EasyMyTrip App. However, Due to some Operational Crises from GoAir Airlines, we received a Message that the flight got Cancelled.
Since Day I am following-up with Online travel Agency & GoAir Airlines for my Tickets Amt Refund but no Positive respond from both the side. Can you please help me with that to Get my Amount Refund. Tickets Details are below

Onwards Flight Pune to Nagpur(Departure 07:15AM To 08:35AM)

There would be a 3 Senior citizen Passenger.
Total Amount Rs. 9897/-
