GoAir — loss of item during journey

There was a loss of some precious items during my flight journey from mumbai to patna. The items were taken out without my permission and this is really pathetic and disgusting. This is such a bad impression of an airline company like yours. You should be very careful about these things and should inform about these things to the customers. Kindly refund my money for the same else i will take strict action against this.

It is not the site of Gair.
The description of the possible loss of the submitter is unclear.
No one has a duty to respond and to pay for the submitter based on unidentified sircumstances, without the travel and item related documents.
