GoAir — Money Not Refund

Hi..
Goibibo Teams,
I have book two flight ticket one in lockdown-1, and flight has been cancelled by airlines and he has refound money to Goibibo teams but Goibibo teams is not refound my money .
Flight PNR: QEYQUX, 9th june 2020(DEL to SXR).
and another is PNR: Y4GZUL, 5th May 2021 (LKO to SXR)

please resolve my query

Updated by maurajeshsaroj@gamil.com unable to find solution,
and its not Refound my mondy.
