GoAir — Refund of amount by cancellation

Respected sir,
I have cancelled my ticket directly with airlines as my flight was rescheduled for morning instead of evening time. But due to some urgency I cannot travelled in morning and cancelled my flight.
I haven't received any refund or call from your side to refund of my amount.
Please consider my request and do the needful.
You responded my mail with Request no G[protected] on 18 Jan 2021 but till date I have received any refund amount.
