I am unable to get a travel certificate for go air for more than 3 weeks now. The last person informed me there was a technical issue in the back end team and hence they are unable to process it. Really go air - an airplane company with such sophisticated software not able to fix a glitch for 3 weeks, now i really wonder how many glitches you guys have in your systems. Looking at the numerous complaints regarding travel certificates, i think the glitch has been there for over an year now.
Remember that you will lose your customer base if this carries on. Not sure when but surely because of poor customer service you will lose your customer base. Was this information helpful? |
