Problem
Domain renewal done on September 03 2020 - Amount Rs.706.82 - Transaction failed and page not returned to GoDaddy Website

First Complaint #[protected] Dated Sep 04 2020 - Complaint given by me
Second Complaint #[protected] Dated Sep 26 2020 - GoDaddy Supervisor created this, after receiving my bank statement
Both complaint closed with out any resolution or with out any confirmation
Customer Support:
3 Phone calls - Last one "October 9" - Lady support person said, issue will be resolved with in 2 days - "Billing department Contacting Payment Gateway CC Avenue and investigating issue"
8 Chat - Last one "October 13" - Agent name - Ibrahim - Supervisor name - Sangeetha Madam - Time - Over 90 minutes
Ibrahim said that refund process completed and complaint closed - When I asked Refund details like "Refund Date", he could not answer
Sangeetha Madam said that they need "My Personal Bank Statement from September 05 till date" to process complaint further - I requested her to open another ticket, she said that unless I give personal bank statement it is not possible to create another incident - She never answer to my question "Why GoDaddy closing complaints with out any email feedback or customer consent" - 2 complaints, both closed with out any consent
Sangeetha Madam Email - She said that she will be handling this issue and asked me to email the bank statement "[protected]@godaddy.com"
27th September - Chat with another supervisor "[protected]@godaddy.com" - I explained him difficulty of giving personal bank statement - He assured that issue will be resolved in 7 days - Phone support said that issue will be resolved in 2 days (4 days before) - Today incident closed with out any incident
Questions coming to my mind:
1 - GoDaddy Invoice date, amount are matching with Bank Statement - Bank statement clearly shown "GODADDY NAME" - See "SBI_GoDaddy.png" attachment
2 - Bank IFSC Code, Transaction Date, Transaction Amount are clearly visible - Will that not sufficient for GoDaddy Team to find the details - BANK IFSC "SBIN0002266" - Is that not easy for Godaddy to find details?
3 - Supervisor "[protected]@godaddy.com" assured me that issue will be resolved in 7 days on 27th September - Sangeetha Madam today said that "Bank Statement till date is must" to investigate further
Why GoDaddy asking my Personal Bank Statement for investigation - There may be 10 or 20 or more lines in last 40 days with my personal transaction details - Why should I give my personal statement for their mistake? Missing payment is Godaddy Issue
Today I have made another payment to renew my domain since domain renewal date Oct 19
3 Phone Calls - 8 Chats:
Each agent, supervisor keep saying different thing
End - No resolution after 40 days - Spent over 8 hours of chat time
Attachment 01 - "SBI_GoDaddy.png" attachment - "GoDaddy India Domains" shown in this and reference number
Attachment 02 - "GoDaddy_Email_Sep29_2020.png" - Email sent to GoDaddy Agent / Supervisor
Still I am not sure why GoDaddy asking "Bank Statement Till Date" for their missing transaction
