Godaddy India — issue with the provided service.

I have purchased a ultimate shared hosting plan around 1.5 yr ago, for 1 yr service seems to be fine but later on they started creating issues. Listing issues below: 1. While purchasing they have not mentioned anything regarding the other providers email accounts can't be used to with their hosting, if we want to send emails from out application we have to forcefully purchase their email plans even at high rates which requirement can be fulfilled with other providers free quota. 2. Randomly at any point of time they have started stopping all the listed domains in of go, either they disable all the domains or they stop all the linked application pools with the domains, which create complaint from my customers. GoDaddy India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 01, 2019 Updated by apreet81 When I reached customer care to know the reason behind continuous disabling the domains they there is heavy traffic and load on the domains and even their plesk portal is saying a different language of 0% traffic on the domains. As per the usage of my application which is in simple text format, no such media content rendering is there, their dashboard seems true but faulty service they are providing.
