My GoDaddy cx id[protected]
I have been using GoDaddy for the last 4-5 years. I was managing 3-4 business websites under my GoDaddy account. Today dates 8-apr-2021 around 8 pm I received an email, stating that my one hosting is flagged for malicious activity and we are going to suspend it permanently, and they deleted other products means my other business websites and domains as per their email.
My other websites are down, I can’t access my websites, can’t access my website customer’s database.
Now my complaint is regarding – if you find any malicious activity, then you could inform me once. So that I could check what was the problem and if you have to suspend that particular hosting, you could suspend that hosting.
But how can they down my other business websites, they are not allowing me to access my database, my other domains and backups. What I purchased from them.
Due to this action, I am losing business as my business is totally based on the online platform. How can they just block me?
If they have a problem with me, then let me take my website back up and our customer’s database. And let me go I will use other hosting services. They do not have any right to hold my customer’s data, and domains.
Who will be responsible for my business loss? It’s been 6 hrs now that my websites are down.
Please help me, get my domains and our website data, They don’t have any right to hold my data. I paid them for the domains for the full year, for their hostings, SSL and backups. They don’t value my money. They just want me to waste my money.
It's not fair at all. Tell me I will do everything to proceed further. Help me.
