Godrej 24 Godrej Properties — cancellation of booked flat and refund of booking amount | ||
I have booked a flat with godrej team at godrej24 project which is in hinjewadi pune maharastra. I have given a booking amount of rs 1 lacs to the builder as a booking amount. The flat is in tower d and flat no 301. Due to some personal reason, i am not able to continue with that flat and the reason for cancellation was well explained to the team. I have asked for cancellation and they were agreed to refund the amount but now the builder is refusing the same. Need your support Was this information helpful? | ||
