Hi Sir/Maam,
I had expressed my interest in Godrej Ascend project in Kolshet Road, Thane. I have given a Rs.1, 00, 000/- as token amount to book 2BHK flat through debit card on 11th June 2022. After that they asked me to sign the application form, to which I requested them to give me a days’ time to go through the details of the form as it was 10 to 15 pager form which read complicated to me. But they convinced me to sign by saying it's just a formalities, to which I asked them of term & condition mentioned in the form, to which they said there are no terms and conditions as it's just an application form. Next day after when I called for cancellation due to sales manager not discussed about car parking after that time they refused to take suitable car parking, then I was decide to cancel my flat booking. After one month the said the token is not refundable as per the application signed by me states the same. I feel cheated me by their sale team and there no proper response to my several mails and phone calls.
