[Resolved]  Godrej & Boyce Co. — Washing machine model ws 680 ct got non functional within 20 days after purchase.

We have purchased Semi automatic Washing machine Model WS680 CT Make Godrej & Boyce Co. capacity 6.8kg, insulation Class II construction, product code :AKF161, Sr.[protected], from Shree Krishna Traders, Owner : mr.Amit Gurnani Mob.No.[protected], address Matoshree Building, Tisgaon naka, Kalyan ( E), Dist.Thane Pin 421306, the got non functional within 20 days after purchase. We have registered the complaint with Shop keeper Shri Krishna Trader & further with Godrej, complaint was registered by Dombivali Office of Godrej Mr.Nilkanth, and subsequently after week time was attended by Godrej site engineer & he intimated us that the motor of the machine has gone bad, so we requested to replace the machine to the shop keeper Mr.Amit & the godrej representative at the shop his Mob. No.[protected], initially they kept on pulling days mentioning the similar model, than colour, than capacity are not available & now after almost month time they are saying that they are not going to give the replacement, so we are very much upset & are enrolling this complaint on Consumer complaint forum.
