Complaint marked as Resolved Highly disappointed.
Got a mail after complaining that your issue will be resolved within 2-3 weeks. Written mails to all. It has been almost one week for replacement / supplying parts of shoe cabinet. Today called Mr Vineet Joshi. I am told that I need to have patience as all his other customers are very patient when parts of the order are missing. He can’t refund money even if you want it urgently. so there is no other option left. According to him, it is an equal pain for installer also as he has to come again. What a reply. Shocked with his attitude.
Godrej Interio customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
