I purchase this lock in month of august which was initially installed by local technician. When the lock not working complaint was raised at godrej customer care and the sent technician from godrej to address the the concern. Technician name rakesh gupta [protected] visited and said that the lock was not installed correctly so needs reinstallation and completed is work and took 100₹ without giving any bill so he can put the money in his pocket. After 15 20 days down the line the same issue reoccurs. And the and the complaint was book again same technician visited fix the issue and took 200₹ without providing any bill. Now again the lock in not working. The complaint was booked on 5th Jan but technician visited when no one was not available at home and never revisited since then. I have faced lot of problems since the GODREJ LOCK was installed. Now customer care is saying we won't provide you any service service as manager sumit sharma
