1. Following first mail sent to u: "with a great dissatisfaction, i have to inform you that i purchased a main door lock on 22nd june 2016 as old lock of godrej make (Night latch) only is not working n since then my period of harassment started for installation of this new lock. First i rang up several times to ur toll free number but i failed to connect with ur toll free number till night 12.30 am. There is no system o[censored]r toll free number calling back ur customer like me despite my call several times on 22nd.Instead of the shopkeeper giving us service, i had to be behind ur toll free number, chaudhuri trading, their mechanic etc till today. I have to catch flight early in the morning for hyderbad but despite my best efforts, i could not secure my home by installing new lock despite spending rs.2700.00 for a 🔐 n requesting the shop keeper, ur toll free no, choudhury trading n the mechanic several times n also informing that i have to catch flight early in the morning of monday. Night mare experience gained by me since 22nd june 2016 till today 26th june 2016 is worst service n beaten record of any govt dept.. Today i m writing to u fully disappointed n never imagined that i have to pass through all these agony. I could not go out of home for undertaking any work outside fearing that ur mechanic may come any time for installation.. Really night mare experience first with ur toll free number on 22nd june n then on 23rd june when my ticket no 136825 was generated, i wanted to complaint for 22nd june when none o[censored]r toll free number attended to my call, that operator after generating my ticket disconnected my call n did not give any information as to whom i can complaint or any email address where i can write n lodge my complaint.. Hope u will do justice to me n initiate appropriate steps n corrective actions against ur employee n other service provider. Today i called choudhury trading but he did not respond so far. Other day, he simply said that he would fo the needful. I think u have declared that the ticket will be attended within 48 hours, so where is ur promises?? Or can i guess that these promises are made only for breaking?? With due regards n much pain, kk sriwastawa
2. 2nd mail sent to u n copy of sms sent to choudhury trading:"good evening mr. Prop of choudhury trading!! I m still waiting for installation of a new godrej main door lock purchased on 22nd june 2016. U r only postponing every day n as per 3rd sms sent to me, it shows lies spread by u n ur company. I m going to raise it at appropriate forum. I could not go any where still waiting for ur mechanic. Tomorrow at 6 o clock, i will catch my flight for hyderbad, but i will expose u n ur company.. 1. * first godrej sms on 23rd at 11.35 am * received on 23rd june, thursday: "yr call no. Is k[protected], secret code is 263 share this with technician if completely satisfied with the service. For asst, call [protected]" 2. * 2nd godrej sms on 23rd at 11.46 am* "your ticket no 136825 for locks service is forwarded to chowdhury trading - [protected]. For help pl call [protected]". 3. * 3rd godrej sms on 23rd at 7.33 pm * "your service call k[protected] is completed. Thank you for using our services. For any feedback please contact our helpline [protected]". Every day u r lying to me that ur mechanic will visit me".. 3.
