Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems — My product is still under warranty still Customer care asks for the repair cost

My godrej tribolt lock was not opening from outside and it's been not more than 4 months and I called customer care they tell me to pay the repair cost . Why do I have to pay the repair cost when my product is under warranty. This is against the policies and installation was done by the godrej executive.
